I believe that is where the lever goes to lean the seat forward to let people get in the back. Not 100% sure but thats what comes to mind. i think urs is on the base though because you dont have the power seats correct?

^He's right. You must have pulled from an EX-L that had power seats and lumbar support

But yeah, no power the only options my car has is leather and the sun roof

But I didn't pull the cover. I bought it brand new in its original packaging. According to its tag it was made 9/29/03 and has been sitting ever since.

swap my 275/35/19 tires to 255/35/19 tires on the rear... then install all tpms... and alignment!!!
