I need suggestions on which camber kit to get for front and back. I searched but no definate answer found.

I have a 3in drop. i have alot of camber wear on the tires. So far i found ingalls on ebay for $270 front and back.

Question-
1.Should i get an alignment first to see how bad it is?
2.If i get the front ball joint kit, will it hit something with a 3 inch drop?
3.Do i really need a kit?
4.What kit is best for my 3in drop?

Thanks guys

Wait, so you never did alignment when you lowered your car? If not, its the toe wear that wears out your tire so fast. Last year I did 3 alignments when I raised/lowered/changed coils and will do one soon too.

What is the distance from the middle of front fender to ground? I am lowered around 2.5 inches maybe more a bit, but I am tucking in my tires and don't have any camber up front but I see a wear a bit. On the back I have Ingals lower arm (since it is easier to adjust than the upper arm) and there is no wear at all.

Rear camber is -1.0 and front is -2.4.

You should get an alignment and get your toe zeroed out to specs(assuming you've let the springs settle for 2-3 weeks of driving).
For our cars specs are
Camber angle: Front: 0°00' ±1° Rear: -0°30' ±1°
Front toe: 0 ±2 mm (0 ±1/16 inch)
Rear toe-in: 2 ±2 mm (1/16 ±1/16 inch)

Chances are a camber kit up front will hit so you might be better off just fixing the back unless you can deal with the UCA hitting. For the back you pretty much have 2 choices.
Upper arm style SPC, Wicked Tuning
Lower arm style Ingalls

just got my alignment and here is the reading:
front Toe - left = -.25" / Right = -.40"
rear Toe - left -.10" / Right = 0
My Toe is now at 0.

Camber cant be corrected but heres my reading in degrees
Front left -1 / right -1.6
Rear left -1.6 / right -2.3

is this good and do I need a camber kit still? What camber are you guys running.

I'd consider it for the back. I had somewhat the same camber in the back but i had -1.7 -2.6 and just opted to bring both of them to -0.7. The shop shouldve been able to do a better job though. I had the front brought to actual 0.00 and rear to TOE IN .05
