if u search u will find plenty of info here. It is possible but with the J30 tranny being so crappy the J32 will rip right through it. You will want to get a j32 and 6spd manual trannny.

I think the tranny bell housing will bolt up to the J32A2.

1 problem. J32A2 has a knock sensor that is monitored by the ECU. J30A1 does not have a knock sensor and the J30A1 ECU will not montior the knock sensor, so you are going to have to use a 01-03 Acura CL/TL ECU. That Acura ECU controls a 5-speed auto. Acura ECU won't work with your 4-speed auto.

gotta swap in a 5-speed auto or swap in a 6 speed manual.

**also, that 4 speed auto wouldn't hold the J32A2 for long.

Spend some time searching V6Performance.net, there is more info there. You could try PMing a member named jbissell on here, I believe he swapped the 3.2 w/5spd auto.

I have gone to that website and It won't let me do anything on is but from what I read. It looks like I can use the 7thgen auto tranny with the tl-s ecu wiring harness and motor wanted to know if someone can confirm that and if its will go in or is there more that needs to be done

Don't use an auto from 2003. That was the last year of the ****ty autos, 2004 on is fine.

I think you'd need the harness from richie, or the 7th gen ecu. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
