These only includes the bulbs and headlights. You would need the ballast + pig tails wirings to make it work. I have the following but would need to be added to the price, and shipping is paid by the buyer of course.- 02_VTEC_SE

Details: - OEM headlights used, brand new when created, 5 yrs old - TSX projectors - E46 shrouds - All oem levelling intact - Never leaked or showed condensation when owned. Powerwashed and regular hose used and still no sign of leaks. - Professionally done by a local retro-fitter - OG...- 02_VTEC_SE
