Pull your plugs out in all four and spray WD-40 in spark plug hole give it 24 hours it will help will the moisture/water. Also get a reliable compression tester to confirm if the motor has good compression numbers or faulty motor.
Chance are your mounts might be worn out or completely shot. Have a someone shift between the drive gears and reverse gear while applying the brake and examine each mount. That is if you have check your A/T fluid/replaced it.
Marine/Boat batteries might be something you should look into...if you do you, will have to relocate it to the trunk.
