Does anybody know what's that white wire with a black stripe and if that's what could be the reason of all my electrical issues?

Now, besides having dead brake lights, my dashlights go out when I turn the headlights on.

Ok, they gave me the wrong part. Quick question... Are multiplexors on sedans, coupes, LX, EX the same.
They ended up fixing the spoiler at the dealership, the wiring should be good.
One more thing I thought about... My brake lights were fine, while my stereo wasn't working. So basically I blown the MCU right after I fixed the stereo.

Thanks for the reply James! Do you think it could possibly be the stereo? It's just hard to believe that the spoiler can draw a lot of power. But I'll remove the bar like you said.
My comrades, I need your opinion. My brake lights don't work again. Tomorrow will be my 3rd visit to the Honda dealership. They fixed it twice before. First, they replaced the driver side fuse box, then I came back in 5 months - they pulled out my keyless entry and replaced the fuse box again...
