    My buddy had the same problem for him it ended up being a broken oil ring on the piston. I would start with the rubber seal in the spark plug tube

    Yes I ran the obd2 today the codes I got were for the throttle position sensor and the barometric pressure sensor give you any more ideas?

    Now the idle varies sometimes on a cold start its normal the 12-1600 range sometimes it revs up to near 3000 I drove the other day and it never hang up or anything it was perfect then all the sudden it just started again

    The throttle cable is working freely I've already check it I've looked for vacuum leaks. No I'm at a loss of ideas unless it is the idle control valve but due to its high cost I'm still holding out hope
