    The aem ems does not control the functions of the srs system. Inside the car you will find another control box that similar to the oem ecu that controls the air bags.

    Hello all. Given a highly qualified tuner and all minimum parts. A t3t40e on 17lbs f23 block. Will the connecting rods hold for 2years. The pistons are cp. but everything else is stock all oem and newly assembled.

    All of my suspension is in great condition. Just changed out most parts this past summer. My clutch is an FX300. I think it should hold. The engine is semi built lol. CP pistons, block guard, arp head studs, all new bearings, and factory parts. I'd like to put in an lsd but I hate to go back...

    Hello, Has anyone been able to get there accord to high 12's in a 1/4mile. Will an accord with new tires t3/t4e turbo running 15lbs of boost work at the minimum. I know there are enhancements like lsd, shocks, etc., but will the above work.

    solved my own problem today. Base ignition wasn't set even after the tuner said so. Car drives great under boost but at idle sucked for gas mileage. After adjusting idle is close to 14.1 - 14.7. Thanks.

    So I'm trying to figure out how to get my aem to idle at 14.7 without going lean do to(power steering, lights, or a/c). I've played with the settings(ac) and I'm at 11.6-12.2 during idle. If anyone is running 1050 v1 or 6050 v2, what is your afr at idle.:doh:

    Does anyone know what the max torque you would run on stock f23 connecting rods? I've heard some people say that you can boost up to 300 torque on stock rods with no problem. I'm just wondering what is the limit safely without needing to upgrade.

    So as it turns out the tuner didn't know the aem. I had to get another tuner that normally turns subaru's. He got me started and I got home safely.:Moon: The car still has a few problems though.     Thanks for all the responses. The problem was definitely the tuner. For the aem v1 the start-up cal on the aem 1050 doesn't start the vehicle right off like it is suppose to. The cam and crank signals had to be properly set in order for the car to start and fire correctly.:hahano:
