    an orbital buffer should do the job on the correct setting...and it won't mess it up...if you havea rotary then I would suggest just going by hand... hope that helps

    No I am saying that it doesn't build the chest like other excersices, and I would much rather DB press then bench press. Most people think bench is the most important, but it really isn't.

    I do splits, arms, chest, back, legs. Been doing 4 sets by 8-10 reps, thinking about starting a 5setx5rep program. Bench isn't to important in my opinion, but i can rep 155 and my max is prolly 185??
