    Helping a friend of mine out - they did a timing belt job on their accord and forgot to tighten the camshaft pulley bolt and it backed out - bound up and snapped the snout of the camshaft (fortunately no other damage other than to the pulley and cam). Anyway, if you have a F23A1 VTEC SOHC...

    The "Skyline" badge on the coil pack cover is from the R34 RB26 - the R32 and 33's had a "Nissan 2600" badge on them). the RB26 on the upper timing belt cover is actually there from the factory, it is just painted over. I sanded the paint off to better show the RB26.

    As stated above, the F and H series transmissions are interchangeable. If you're wanting to get a transmission that will work with the f20B swap later, look at the T2T4 transmission that originally came with the SIR-T 5 speed F20B car. It has a much shorter gear ratio as well as factory...
