power steering delete requires a smaller accessory belt so probably a small hp gain

Pwr steering delete makes more space in the bay, but more importantly decreases engine stress, same as A/C delete. How much I don't know.

I don't see the benefit in deleting your cruise control though, unless you want to use the space where the button is to mount a switch for something else. Or a mad tyte vtec light.
