Thanks for the reply after a little more research I saw the 2.25" piping is better for the smaller 1.6 motors so 2.5 is the way im going.

Im going to be replacing my exhaust setup soon and was wondering on opinions on exhaust piping size.

Yep those seals are correct, ill have to double check the part number for the tsb it should be the same though. Good to see your doing it right, you will get a long life from the f23 this way.

There is a oring there in the picture on the shifter housing but it wouldnt be leaking oil it would be gear oil from the trans. If ur losing a quart every 1k with no obivous leaks its being burnt up...

Here are some things you can check in the meanwhile, use carb cleaner with the engine running (do not spray the exhaust and be safe have a fire extinguisher with you) and spray around the vacuum...

You can also pull the hazard relay this will keep the lights from flashing but you wont have turn signals. I do this for theft recoveries i have to test drive at work.
