Re: Richard's '02 V6 Coupe EX-L

I just recharged my A/C and it worked great for a day. Then it was back to blowing slightly cool air. Heater works off and on, seems to help if I turn the CC unit off the back on. Don't know what...

Re: Jon's FRS

Now it's a real widebody. Definitely a build to be proud of with the level you have chosen to take this car to. Post a shot of the car straight on from the back so it can be realized in all its...

Re: RR's 2014 ATS 6spd 2.0T

^Keep asking me that, please. I need you to coerce me into saying screw the warranty and lower the car. :lawl: Not that I haven't done other stuff that would, but those things are easy to return...

Re: Hello new here

Welcome to the site. Lots of great info on the 5spd swap in the DIY section, check it out. Going turbo means piecing a kit together, and custom fabrication. You will need to figure out your goals,...

There is a very helpful guide to the 5spd swap on the DIY master list in the DIY subforum, as well as other threads on both these topics if you utilize the search. RussianRed has a nice turbo...

Re: Chewwy's Winter Daily Accord Thread

Nice find! I looked for a wingless trunk for my coupe for a while but eventually gave up and bought a junkyard trunk with holes in it and had it welded, grinded, and painted.

Re: PuzzleMaster94's J32 6MT 1999 Accord EX-L V6 Coupe (56k)

Re: New (to me) 99 Accord

It was. Honda extended the warranty on them (to 100k miles), but really should have replaced them for the life of the car, or at least to 150k miles or something. And it was only on certain years...

Re: New (to me) 99 Accord

It was heat killing clutch packs, which also caused other issues. You can add a transmission cooler, and change the fluid regularly. There is also a thread on how to drive the car to cause the...

Re: New (to me) 99 Accord

Welcome, glad the car is working out for you. These cars certainly have a reputation for bad auto transmissions, but not all of them were destined to fail. I often wonder how long mine would have...

Re: RR's 2014 ATS 6spd 2.0T

Picked up some wheels. Niche Vosso 19x8.5 +35F / 19x9.5+35R Tires will be 235/35 and 265/30, likely Hankooks with how versatile their sizing is. Trying to decide on lugs.

Also painted the...
