great write up! i have a 2002 4cyl LX - no alarm, no keyless entry, nothing. i think this is the only thing that would differ from your install, correct? H1/1 RED/WHITE (-) 200mA TRUNK RELEASE OUTPUT H1/7 BLUE (-) TRUNK PIN/ INSTANT TRIGGER INPUT would i need to hook those up...- iluvmysh

Metal Grinding at 1100RPM near belts?
i've had the loose heat shield/cracked header sound in my other honda/acuras before.. it's not the same sound. the ones i experience before was kind of a hollow droning. this one is more of a metallic rubbing. hope that makes sense?- iluvmysh

Metal Grinding at 1100RPM near belts?
The motor has 53k miles on it. 4 cyl. When you're at ~1100RPM (decelerating/braking, accelerating) there's a metallic grinding noise that's coming from the timing belt vicinity.
