    Yes, please don't place HIDs in your stock halogen housings. You'll blind oncoming traffic and actually have less light output available for you to use. Either get a projector retrofit or an LED bulb upgrade.

    I vote no Lamin-X. That stuff is garbage. It dries out no matter how many times you condition it with UV protectant. It's been known to craze plastic lighting assemblies to boot.

    Should work no problem. Word of advice, if the LED doesn't work right away, flip it 180°. They only work when the current flows in the correct direction.

    It's amazing how fragile these A/C controllers are. I've owned two 6 gens and both needed to be tinkered with multiple times. I had one unit try to fry one of the brand new knob replacements. The underlying metal potentiometer was burning hot! Didn't even try to fix that one.

    Lost brakes on freeway, WOOOOWZA

    I lost a caliper bolt on my Miata on the freeway. When I would brake hard enough the caliper would tilt up and engage the inner barrel of the wheel. At low speeds it would completely lock up. Luckily it was in the front and I slowly made it home using the emergency brake.

    Lug pattern on the 4-lugs are an odd size, that's for sure. I suggest a 5-lug swap to open up the realm of possibilities.

    I had to buy no less than three climate control units before I could get one to even begin to fix. The plastic housing likes to rub the PCB over time, severing traces along the way. PITA

    Lowered 1" F&R. Only dislike is gas mileage. Averaging 15.5MPG over the last year according to fuelly. The grille and center caps are replacement pieces sourced from Australia. Slowly deleting the chrome. Have a set of trim to swap out the bits around the windows in the garage.
