    The 5th gen EX exhaust is a 4-2-1. This was also used on 99 CL F23 so gains by installing a tube header would be minimal. The 6th gen and 5th gen LX/DX are as you describe (single pipe to cat, etc.) so would definitely flow better with a header.

    What type of header do you have? A 4-2-1 will have more torque than a 4-1. How old are your plugs? I just replaced mine and it really seemed to help the car between 2000 and 3000 rpms.

    I agree 100%. A great upgrade. My 10 year old son used to get carsick (queasy, not upchucking) only in my 2000 Accord, but after installing the rear TL bar it added a lot of control to the rear end of the car, which always seemed to be trying to catch up to the front. He hasn't complained since.

    Yes my rear is stiffer but the added control is welcome. Mine also rubs the exhaust hanger and made some clunking noises. I just greased the bar and hanger and the noise stopped. If it comes back, I might try bending the metal hook some.
