    can u hook up SUBS with out using RCA outputs?

    So my RCA outputs on my cd player dont work and i dont know why lol.     I got these loose wires.. WHERE DO THEY GO? lol

    so i was looking at my fuses (DRIVER SIDE FUSES 01' LX 4dr 4cyl) and i noticed a wire harness thingy was unpluged from its socket... Should i plug it back in? and WHAT IN THE WORLD IS IT????? ooo and one more thing, kind of random but, my cruise control doesnt work.. any troubleshooting tips...
