Car won't go pass 20-30 mph

radiator has oil, help.
Still very new to these car. Brought the car from a owner. A few week later I notice that there was oil in the radiator. Took to shop for a complete flush and oil change. after 2000 mile I notice that there is oil in the radiator and in reservoir AGAIN. I check every where and seem to be...- CG-loner
