    I'm from NJ but go to school in Orono... I'm thinking I am just going to change them and with a student discount thats not bad. Since it is only the front 2 and the pads are relatively new I think I'll be ok just doing that but keeping it around $100 will be nice compared to doing new pads...

    Thats my guess too. Can I just keep going on it? It is annoying but doesn't bother me that much and only does it occasionally and if I could avoid it for a while that might be best haha. Also, how severe is this issue? After looking it up it looks like it is pretty common.

    Just happened to me, had to get it fixed. The IAC was half the problem during fluctuating idle, second half was the vacuum leak. Honda was able to take care of it for me since I was not home with the car :(
