Transaxle/ CV Joint....
I know this is a super old thread, but it would be nice to get some clarification. The dealership said that it was cheaper to purchase the whole axle and not just the CV boot. Would this "whole axle" include the transaxle? Reason why I am asking is because it is leaking again, and if it was...- BXR4T

Plasti Dip?
Sorry guys, have been super busy with school finals and all or that wonderful crap. I have a buddy that plastidipped his highly modified truck that he takes off road and there are still not rock chips, that was 3-4 months ago. I will have to find pics. Plasti Dip?
Well, i was meaning kinda like http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/431198-Stormtrooper-S4-matte-white-pd-2 <this, but without the matte black. would paint crack on polyurethane lip
You should use Plasti Dip. If you don't like it you can just peel it right off. Plus, it will stretch because it is closer to a rubber as well! AFIK, matte black, matte white and matte red are the only colors i know of though.. if any of those suit your needs, give it a try!- BXR4T
