OEM Undertray?

Do 6th Gens come with an OEM undertray or splash-shield that covers the whole bottom of the engine bay?

Indeed they do, mine came loose last week and kept making contact with the road on dips. It sits under the radiator at the very bottom and keeps you from looking at the ground directly in the space between your headers and cooling fans.

I think there's one or two clips that pin it beneath the fender cover too

Yeah I searched the forums and found zero info on this, but then soon after found the part online. Apparently there is one, mine just didn't have one when I bought it lol

Is the bumper OEM? It's part of the OEM bumper cover, some aftermarket bumpers may not have it.

No it's a separate piece that extends past the bumper and interlocks with the fender liners. Looks like this:
