DIY - Side Markers

well i was thinking about getting some bmw or mercedes sidemarkers on ebay but none of them comes with the wiring

as long as it comes with the bulb holders then you're good to go. the wiring can be purchased at any radio shack or audio store.

i think he meant the socket wiring. not the extentional wiring.

Are BMW's with sidemarkers JDM style where it stays on all the time? Or do they work like USDM where it only turns on when you signal?

some BMW sidemarkers has idle AND blinkers all-in-one which is 3 wires. idle/blinkers/ground.
