According to the FSM, you can tape both keys together (the original and the 1 that matches your new ECU), just make sure it's on top so the transponder reads it.
You could also go to the sticky in the "Accord Tech" forum, and follow the link to the FSM,and down load whatever you need.

I may have misconstrued what you mean. So youíre saying if I bring my new manual ECU and my current key they can make my current key start my car and make a spare? And okay thank you Iíll definitely look into that.
