I've been running XXR 527's with very little issues: 18x8.75 +20 Those wheels are a bit wider, though. Plenty of 6th gens are running 18x9. If you're planning to stagger them, 18x10.5 in the rear shouldn't be much of a hassle.

Will those wheels fit? fit with alot of stretch? 720 form ; 17x9 +35 offset

I currently ride on 17x8+45, lowered about 2 inches. Front is pretty flush with the fender, and in the rear i have rolled fenders and 15mm worth of spacers.

I have 17x9+20 with 205/40 and it fits fine

If you plan to tuck some tire in the future though, I wouldn't recommend 225. I bought a pair of Fuzion HRi or w/e thinking they ran narrow but turns out the actual width was near 230 and it was rubbing just tilting the steering wheel slightly. I moved them to the back and even after extensive shaving in the bumper tab area, it still rubbed nasty on any dip. Then again, I was tucking maybe 3/5 tire on 18s. Went back to 215 and no rubbing whatsoever, even with passengers. Sometimes a few mm's make a big difference.

Is it possible to run 18x9.5 +20 in the front? I bought 18x10 +25 and they were too big for my fronts. The rim was maybe 5cm from hitting the coilover

I have 17x9 +35 on 215/45 I like it rubs a lil bit when doing hard turns.
