Re: Sil2DrV6's 2002 Accord Coupe EX-L V6

Here's the video clip I captured, demonstrating the sound quality with the volume level going up to +80%.

Spec:
HU -- stock
Front -- Aftermarket
Rear -- stock
Others -- Dynamat Doors & Big 3 ground wirings

Note: It would sound crappy, when streaming this clip on a speaker phone.

In reality, with all windows shut, there's literally all frequency out there in the car; From chest-pounding tight bass, rich mid-bass, and to crisp treble with the bass set to only +2 & treble set to -1.

I'd say the big 3 ground wiring ftw. Perhaps it's the best bang for the buck, along with full Dynamat on door panels.

Sounds booming man for a stock stero. I remember mine was booming too but it was even better when I had ipod setting to enhance the music =D. Glad the big 3 ground kit worked out well for you :)

Installed the TL strut tower bar. Have been seeing this combo on other members' cars, but never realized how close they line up each other.

Test drove the car, and there was noticeably less body roll. However, the change in the effect wasn't drastically huge, compared with the time when the Neuspeed strut bar was installed first.

Hard to see, but tied the wire along the throttle line.

Haha it's okay, man. There are too many temptations lately, and my stock headlights have been neglected for too long. My mod bug is def biting me a lot more than last year lol.

It's finally here in my trunk! Weathertech Cargo Liner. Looking sexy under the 6000K LED trunk cargo light. :)

Ordered directly from Weathertech, since the price was pretty much the same as other 3rd parties'. It took a full week for WTech to manufacture the liner for my order, but it wasn't a big deal.

I thought the material was the same as my floor liners, but this one is a lot thinner and flexible. (It was rolled up in a box, as opposed to the floor liners came in a flat box.)

The fitment is perfect and flush. So glad that I won't have to excessively clean 'n vacuum every time the cargo gets dirty / wet. And, this liner gives me sort of those "new car smell" in my trunk once again. :)

Worked on a sound deadening procedure (Dynamat) on my rear speaker deck, since it was rattling a little bit.

Doesn't look that great, compared w/ the way I did on my door panels shown below along w/ deadened wirings, but it does the job. :)
Also, the door speaker you see is my 13-year-old Kicker RS6 still playing strong. Lol

______________

Right about the time to finish up my rear speaker deck, there was a package from the USPS! My new battery terminal by Kicker.

There were some corrosions on this original terminal, which it has been cleaned up in this pic, but it was being loose from the battery even at the tightest setting, and giving a car some hiccups at the engine start.

So shiny!

It came with a spacer, which was the perfect fit on my battery w/ it.
