Knighthawk, did you do any prep work before the plasti dip or did you just spray it as is?

main thing you gotta do is remeber to clean it with alcohol...not the one you drink:run:. the side i forgot alcohol is "peeling" slowly and that's pretty much it. apply like 3-4 coatings and wait 30 minutes between coatings.

1. Clean with alcohol.
2. Cover the car you don't want sprayed.
3. Apply one coating. (don't worry if you missed some spots but try to make it even)
4. Wait 30 minutes.
5. Go back to step 3 until you've done it 3-4 times.

it's factory, signet silver metallic and thanks!

cleann car! how is that plastic dip working out? im thinking about doing it also

plasti dip is still holding on. it's been a month or so and it's great. just gotta be careful when opening your door though. need a razor to run along the side of your doors before you open. and when you open the door just crack it open and check for plasti dip stuck together. my friend just opened his door and it ripped apart.
