Got it as a gift from my girlfriend's aunt :D. I was wondering which one from the list below is good for pics editing. Also if you guys know any tutorials, feel free to share. :)

I use both Lightroom and Photoshop CS4. Lightroom to get load all the pictures into and make minor adjustments to color, saturation, noise reduction, cropping, etc.. then Photoshop to do the harder stuff.

yea lightroom is amazing for loading in bulk... i need to get a new copy of that so if u want to pass that my way then go right ahead... but photoshop is for individual photos

Lightroom + Photoshop is all you need. The rest of the package if mostly media/web design related.

..and you do realize that gift costs roughly 1k-2k if bought. You must be doing something right.

Thanks for the tips guys! I am not sure how to copy a DVD lol and yes, I think I am doing something right to deserve that kind of gift:thumbsup::canada:

Use CloneDVD or something similar. Keep your serials though, don't pass that on.

On a mac, you can just make a DVD master with disk util and then burn that to a dvd or upload it or whatever.
