the people that I have asked not the ones that sold me the lights said they might melt it. Are they hot enough to do any damage or not?

whats a good temp for the yellow light in the fogs??? im going to use 6000k for headlamps but I don't know the temp for yellow fogs. (don't bash me)

3000k look up the HID color spectrum it will give you all the info you need.

2500k to 3500k are what most people end up with. Yellow fogs look great with 5000k - 6000k HID low beams imo. And the yellow actually serves a purpose.

This is 3000k with 6000k

Yea. Yellow is the way to go! I had soms issues where if you looked at the housing it looked white, but on the ground it was yellow (prob cause it was cheap ebay bulbs) Right now I'm currently running Green HID's (looks sort of like neon green/yellow) here's the only pic i got with 5000k headlights.
