door auto locks when I try to open door

This problem started happening with greater frequency. When I use the key to open the driver's door, then try to open the door, the door will open about an inch or so then I hear a click sound, the door has locked itself for no reason. this causes the door to be locked even though it's partly open about and inch or 2.

also when I want to get out when I open the door latch to open the door ( the chrome door latch that you pull on that swings 90 degrees into the car) the door will automatically lock itself and I have to now press up on the door unlock rocker switch to unlock the door. I'm gonna ask the dealer soon about this, but does anybody know wtf is going on? is it some grounding issue or can I just replace the master door controller on the driver's side?

car is a 2001 accord lx v6, 4 doors

Sounds like actuator malfunctioning 72155-S84-A11

Might also be a multiplexer malfunctioning. Follow the procedure here to reset it.
