It would say in the description of the product where you bought it from. If it doesn't, then it probably isn't.

Either way, if the cop is a douche, he'll still write you up even if you had a carb sticker. It just depends how lucky you are, tbh. At least that's how it is here in Cali.

headers alone will not cause you to fail emissions. theres nothing different other than shape, smoother flow, and what theyre made from. the catalytic converter is the main part of the emissions.
