My current 6th gen has about 242k miles (43k miles on it since I bought it...which was only 8 months ago) and had to do a few things like rear wheel bearings, radiator, and the IACV. Other than that, it's all original. I have all the original owners records (even the window sticker!) and the clutch was changed at 195k miles (original).

EDIT>> I change the oil every 7500 miles with 5w20, as recommended per Honda, and I change the MTF with Honda MTF every other oil change (every 15k miles). Burns ZERO oil. Shifts like butta!

I did have to replace the A/C evaporator and expansion valve, but the A/C is used here like 9 months out of the year, and it's very humid here, which explains the failure.

My 1998 EX-V6 was purchased used at 234K. I had a 2002 EX-V6. It got in a crash and had its engine and transmission transplanted into the 1998 because it already had a completely shot transmission. Everything else on the body is still running good.
