Pedal felt fine, for the entire 100 feet I drove them in the shop...so idk how it feels, but I think it's dealing with a 'drip' vs a 'seep'.

Figured out what cause the missing brake fluid..the bleeder valve wasn't in tight.
It was loose and cause a slow fluid leak..
