Brand & model: WebCamshaft.com (aka Bisimoto Eng.) Stage II
Price paid and from where: $325
HP/TQ Gains: +15hp depending on mods
Pros: Provides great mid-top end power
Cons: May not idle properly using stock ECU
Final verdict: Have you engine tuned with ECU - the only way to get max gains

Brand & model: Bisimoto Eng. Valve Spring kit
Price paid and from where: $200
HP/TQ Gains: varies with other components
Pros: Direct replacement, helps eliminate valve float at high RPMS, reasonable cost
Cons: Requires Cyl. Head removal and valve adjustment
Final verdict: A must if running aftermarket camshafts

Brand & model: Unorthodox Racing Ultra-S Crank Pulley
Price paid and from where: $80
HP/TQ Gains: +8hp depending on mods
Pros: Underdriven Aluminum Crank Pulley - basic install
Cons: Hard to find! Crank pulley bolt can sometimes be very difficult to loosen.
Final verdict: Great bolt-on for some hp gains.

Brand & model: Kaizenspeed Balance Shaft Eliminator kit
Price paid and from where: $150
HP/TQ Gains: +8hp depending on mods
Pros: Deletes balance shafts and additional belt drag. Engine revs easier. Reasonable cost.
Cons: Moderae level install - may need machine shop assistance and engine needs to be apart.
Final verdict: Great way to gain a bit more power if doing a full motor build.

Brand & model: Wiseco Piston kit (-5cc) 86.5mm Forged
Price paid and from where: I traded for over $600 worth of parts
HP/TQ Gains: These are custom made to order, gains will vary based on bore and piston dome specs.
Pros: Quality forged material and design - Rings have sealed properly with no issues.
Cons: Requires machine work, engine build. Not cheap.
Final verdict: Great way to get the compression desired.
