Question black housing headlights?

hi guys , i was woundering if its hard to take the oem headlights out and then taking the cover off and painting the inside black. Iv never taken my headlights out before buy my friends has the same car and he said it was very easy. Should i paint them?

nice dude , im going to spray paint everything black , im not going to let one part be chrome and the others black. Should i use high heat paint? thanks by the way for replying
