There's a few good spots to get a skyline pic... one is off of Washington Av. right on west bank by The Hub/Midwest Mountaineering on top of the parking garage. Another one is on top of one of the U of M buildings :D but you need a key :jarred:

Is that the Holiday ramp? I parked in there for a couple years, but never took
a pic. I have also been on top of the Grand Marc building, but didn't get any
pics from up their either :(
