cars back up and running again. updated the first post with a few more pics. also added a water temp gauge with a warning beeper/light so i notice it overheating from now on and don't blow another hg.

240s are broken more than they aren't lol. With all of the parking time mine has had it better run for at least a month.

pretty sure the power transistor to the ignition coil died. my buddy's gonna loan me one tomorrow to see if thats the issue and if so I found a guy who will sell me one for $10+shipping.
