Please keep all posting that is not a review out of this thread.

This thread is to be used for exhaust reviews only. When I say exhaust I mean Header(s), Mufflers, Axle-Back systems, and full Cat-Back systems.

Format will be the same as the Tire Review Sticky:

Brand & model: 5Zigen Fireball
Price paid and from where: $190 @ Robotek (Shop is no longer in Business)
Pros: High end gains, Very Loud and Deep tone without the silly Resonator
Cons: Too Loud where passengers complain about vibration in lungs
Final verdict: Purchase it if you want a nice JDM style exhaust, but if you're worried about the sound, add a silencer or a resonator.

Brand & model: Skunk2 Megapower Full Catback System for 2dr accord (w/ or w/out silencer)

Price paid and from where: $80 used picked up locally

Pros: Increases some top end power, decreases some low end power (we're talking very minimal gains/losses here). Sounds good in my opinion.

Cons: Pretty loud, but I like it loud. It's also pretty big (around 3.5"-4") outlet. Can scrape on driveways and here and there. With the silencer the sound should be quiet but I don't know if it will sound good, I don't have the silencer.

Final verdict: Definitely a good exhaust if you're into the loud exhausts and the exhaust looks good too. Some people may consider it a "cannon" though.

Brand & model: Greddy Dual EVO Full Cat-Back exhaust
Price paid and from where: $300 Local. (Used)
Pros: Mid & High end will dramatically increase. Subtle exhaust note, not loud, very low drone.
Cons: HUGE CANS. Will lose low end if there is no tuning.
Final verdict: They are big and you might not like them if you don't have a big body kit. Putting these with a lip kit or a no lip might make your car have two big ol' rocket "fart cans". As for gains, great.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Brand & model: Greddy DT
Price paid and from where: $150 on Ebay NEW!! (Discontinued So SORRY GUYS!!)
Pros: Mid & High end increase. Very quiet at low average driving RPMS and startup, Full Bolt on!!
Cons: The Look... Noone likes the two tip one big one small it but it does the job
Final verdict: Its the best bang for the buck. Quality Greddy Product, didnt do good in the selling market but in my opinion, is one of the best mufflers around. Good quality steel bolt on and quiet like the WS2. Also low profile so not really noticable by city officials.

Pros: Nice gains

Brand & model: Greddy Evo Catback Exhaust
Price paid and from where: $150 from a friend on a local forum
Pros: Nice deep tone sound, sounds excellent, bass tone, nice gains, nice looks, no cop problems :D
Cons: Some people say its loud, hangs low
Final verdict: Some people say its loud becase it has that deep tone, it sounds excellent, and since this is the original Greddy Evo, its hard to find now.

Aiming for Just a nice deep tone? not interestested in the $550+ catback system that will do nothing for you unless you do some other mods?

Brand & model: (V6) Magnaflow Universal Mufflers from hottexhaust.com
Price paid and from where: 2 @ $65.
Pros: Nice deep tone, removing the Pre muffler and resonator help deepen the tone.
Cons: need to have custom brackets made.
Final verdict: if all your looking for is the sound.. get that deep exhaust tone for a cheap price

OEM Piping, with Straight pipe replacing Pre-muffler and resonator. 2 universal 2.5" Magnaflow mufflers welded on after the Y pipe

Model: Apexi WSII
Paid: $500
Pros: No deep db sound in car, quiet but throaty sound outside, great quality, titanium coated 2.24" piping and oval stainless muffler design.
Cons: Maybe it's a bit $$$ but you pay for what you get.
Final Verdict: The best performing system without the noise.

#2
Model: ES Tuning Muffler, Custom 2.25" Pipe, Magnaflow 28" Resonator
Total Paid: $450
Pros: Deep sound, everything is straight through design (no baffles), oval blk. coated muffler gives a stock appearance. Free flow 100%.
Cons: A bit loud at high RPMS, db noise in car at times.
Final Verdict: I did it so Cops don't hassle me for looking modified, I'll pass a db test regardless.
