So far here's my progress.
Removed the reflector buckets:
Masked them up to spray the highbeam buckets yellow. I applied the blue tape lightly:
Then newspaper to cover the rest:
Buckets sprayed:
Ready for projectors:
Planning e46 shrouds and tsx projectors. Not sure what ballast i wanna pick up yet but i should settle on something by the time they are ready to go in.
Last night I started polishing the plastic lens. Did the DIY headlight restore. Started with 1000 grit, 1500 grit, and moved on the 2000 grit. After I used rubbing compound and followed it up with plastic-x and they came out pretty good.

If I can pick up some TYC lenses before I close these up, I'll be happy.
Shrouds:
I also cleaned the hell out of the back of the housing, I'm probably going to paint those black.
Tonight I hope to get around to re-touching the black housing with gloss high temp black.
Headlights disassembled housing cleaned.
Projectors and shrouds mounted:

Now I have to finish clearing the lens and lay another coat of paint over the housing as soon as the weather gets better.
I'm also going to do DRLs in the highbeam buckets, so i'll be wiring that up probably this weekend.
Test fitting and adjustments will be done this weekend when the weather is better too.
Started the wiring, tested the spare ballast and bulb i had, mounted the switch for the DRLs, ordered the bulbs and ballasts, heading to Radioshack today for the rest of the parts.
Bulbs and ballasts should be here tomorrow!
Finished the HID harness and started the wiring for the DRLs
Completed harness:
1.2ohm resistor for DRLs
DRL wiring getting ready for install:
Ballast from TheRetrofitSource:
Test mounted the headlights for harness test and adjustments
Harness worked like a charm
Update:did a final test aim on the retro. Bout to put em back together, 1 is ready to silicon the second i just gotta finish removing the glue around the housing
Excuse the dirty *** rims...
got the silica gel packs ready to ensure zero fogging. P.S. already contemplating a second retro....
Also on teh DRLs....I'm considering picking up an OEM unit off an s2000 (and while i'm at it I'll order an S2K push button starter).

I just finished removing all the glue from the housing, gathered the silicon packs, and washed and cleaned all the parts, I plan to seal em up tomorrow! So excited.
