If you're getting a "mildew" smell, then you've got stagnate water holding somewhere in the dash ductwork, or a plugged drain.

My drain is working fine, as I do see water leaking (like it supposed to). How do I get access into the dash ductwork to drain the water out?

I saw there are huge chunks of dirt that got trapped in the CAF, and which I cleaned them off. However, for a filter that I replaced 7k miles ago, it shouldn't be looking extremely dirty. Should I replace the air filters? I am still getting that meld dew smell, and actually need to get rid of it asap, as its getting warmer here nowadays.
