Trying to install my new shifter but can't get the cables back into place. Any advice?

They should just slide in and one gets a clip the other gets tightened.

The one on the left needs that wing nut loosened the right side needs to be pushed in from behind then u push the clip over it to hold it in place

You might have to un bolt the shifter and run the cables then re bolt it in

I'll give it another shot. It's very hard they won't slide in

This one only fits one way. You gotta keep spinning it until it slides in

Glad it worked for ya bro. .. I was at my shop and saw my shift cables on the wall and thought about ya so I dug out the shifter, sure made it easier than trying to type you threw it.

I did notice that the shifter leans forward? Not sure why or if this is normal

Nice! Let me know if they hit maybe I'll try mine again lol is there a noticeable difference anyways between oem and moog? The moogs are beefier for sure but is it a noticeable difference in handling?

I doubt you would feel the moog end links, I got them because removing the old OEM ones can be a PITA....
