My 99 CG6 updates on pg 2

Heres my 99 sedan just bought it about 2 months ago. I used to have a 96 lx.. I'm new to the site n its already helped me out a bunch. Still got a few questions tho...Where can i find that front emblem piece for my my bumper. I've been looking online n i cant find it anywhere. Also if anyone would like to trade the headlights i have for stocks..they came on the car when i bought it. well if anyone has any suggestions for my car please post it..thanks guys..

ok so i got rid of those ugly projector headlights for stock honda stanley headlights n them fallowed the instructions of this wonderful forum n blackoused them. Also added 4300K HID's. Still need a new bumper. After new bumper n paint...next mods are gonna be 01-03 civic fogs, and suspension.

Welcome, did you repaint your front end, or was it like that when you bought it?

when i bought it the front end was new but then one morning driving to work i swerved a deer n ran into a pile of snow..so i need a new bumper cuz its cracked n then get it repainted prolly get a lip n get it molded on before i get it painted..thanx for the link btw im gonna order that right now

When you get your front bumper replaced again, make sure they mask it off right. The lower grill is supposed to be black plastic, not the color of the car. That way if you trade it in later it won't be obvious that there was work done on the front end.

Lemmie see if I can locate that piece for you though, I have one, but I'm anal about keeping my OEM parts.........
