As of 1045 this morning I am the proud owner of an f20b. Very clean I might add. I knew the difference between the cams and throttle body so that’s why I pulled the trigger on it. More power than the h23a3 at the same price. It was a no brainer. Thanks for the responses. I was told the wiring was impossible but we all know how I am with wiring so this should be cake. I plan on using my hardwired obd1 h23a1 dizzy with this motor and using one of my ecus until I can figure out what ecu to get to run this properly. I’m open to suggestions on that one. I’ll upload pics when I can. The guy at the warehouse surprised me with this when he decided not to take the dusty one off the floor and went out of his way to get me a super clean one. That dude got a 20 dollar tip. Wish I could have given him more.

When are you going to find out how much it puts down to the wheels? And I hope Frankenstein will be ready for that 1000 mile journey on I-95.

Thanks guys lol. I hope it’s ready too. Seeing as how it puts down 180, I’ll have less drivetrain loss because I’m using a manual transmission, plus intake and full exhaust. I won’t speculate how much it will put down. I’ll have to get it dynod one of these days. Just need to find a suitable ecu.

Big up to NSWDoc for helping me out with my ECU issue. Chipped P28 with f20b basemap is being made up as we speak and should be in the car real soon!

Florida is the only state that doesn't have any state inspections or state emission requirements.

Hate to tell you, but Michigan doesn't test for either one too. In fact there are several states that don't.
I was just hoping he didn't go thru all that work, only to find out it needed testing.
