Yeah, you can only find these used nowadays. They pop up every now and then on here, V6P, Acurazine, etc. Also keep an eye on Ebay and Craigslist. I bought my RH C2000's from a member on here.
Btw, Racing Hart C2's are 3-piece wheels, and RH Evo C2's (replicas) are 1-piece. I actually prefer the look of RH's though.
