yep and it has taken me a good while to get used to doing so if you do this I suggest doing lots of random little things that you are not going to use just for practice

if you want to learn more check out werksberg composite forums (google it) not shure on the spelling

or check out racingcomposites.net

those forums are way slow but youll find lots of info in them if you look around

i used to do vinyl carbon fiber and not the fabric kind. vinyl was fun but i hate air bubbles. i want to do a silver carbon fiber to my car though.

that racing composite site is pretty good i learned some basic stuff about carbon fiber seems pretty hard to do. Gotta make a mold first?! Now i gotta learn how to make molds.

it all depends on what your doing for overlays you dont use a mold

for parts like hoods you use a mold and also a techniqe called vaccume infusion

however some parts do not need to be infused but it does work much better

do lots of reading and youll figure it out

also ibought my material from hua-tech you can also find it on ebay sometimes however you have to look at the sellers feedback comments inorder to get a good product expensive fabric 40+ a yard 36"x56"
