It's really easy, you can do it yourself with the help of a friend. All you need is a good set of wrenches, a jack, and a rubber hammer. There's a decent thread with pictures on hondatech.com in the accord section (for the install of koni yellows, but its all the same). Check it out, and ask questions on any specifics you might have.
