Thanks, guys!

I figure this is about as complicated a job as I can handle given that I'm doing all this work in a parking space out front and my kitchen. I'm sure my neighbors don't like seeing me lift the car; they never know when it's going back down. Hopefully, it's just oil changes for a while.

great mods dude...
It's whats in the inside that counts! :jae:

Did you feel any differences in the underdrive pulley?

Love the short shifter...

I don't know if it's the underdrive pulley or the fact I'm now running on 4 cylinders but she's definitely revving nicely. It's not as drastic as changing to a light flywheel. I just tell myself every little piece makes a difference. Theoretically, it makes sense that taking weight off the crankshaft "frees up" power to turn the wheels.

The short shifter is easily my favorite mod since it completely changes the driving experience. I'm still getting used to it again. I borrowed my brother's Maxima for a couple of weeks during the misfire repair and it had what felt like a truck shifter in comparison...

Mishimoto Radiator

Naturally, it would be about six months after I had replaced all the coolant hoses during the misfire that my radiator would start leaking. It was leaking from around the press fitting near the plastic top. So, I decided to get a 94-97 Accord/Prelude Mishimoto radiator.

Other than the fact the radiator is shorter, it fit in the bottom brackets perfectly. I knew this already thanks to MikeyMike's post on the installation...

Since I don't have access to welding or cutting tools and was having no luck bending the original brackets with the tools I had, I tried my hand at bending some aluminum strip. Here are the fugly brackets I came up with:

For the passenger's side, I made sure to make it really ugly (actually, I just need to get running again as I was doing this job on a Sunday):

I had some brackets made shortly after installation; much nicer...:)

Installed on the driver's side (was able to use the same socket screws and nylon washers to attach the fan shroud to the radiator):

And the radiator installed:

Finally finished (well, for this year anyway) updating the interior:

Now that it's starting to get cold outside, it's time for a nice winter project:

Got the radiator and shroud on ebay from a seller named trader-nas. The model # of the radiator is MMRAD-PRE-97 and the model # of the fan shroud is MMFS-PRE-97.
