My alarm woke me up at 5:00 a.m. on Saturday morning to get me ready to meet up with some friends for breakfast and head out to the only D-1 Grand Prix event happening in CA this year. Weather reports stated a chance of rain but no rain came, and instead it was cool and breezy.
