I've already drilled the pilot holes for the mounting bolts. I'll use a drill press to drill the final holes. Once that's done I plan to mount the IM using studs, and tracing the outline of the IM flange on the plate, so I know the general shape that I need to cut the plate.
Once that's done I'll begin cutting the ports to the shape of the F23's ports. It should be pretty simple to taper the port holes out to the H23 port shape, but the matching the coolant ports together should be quite interesting.
