water cooled turbo need help

hey guys i am doing a twin turbo project over on v6performance and they arent giving me much help right now so hopfully you guys can help me.

i m wondering where i should tap a line form the water system to the turbo that will give me plenty of circulation?

This guy is working with Joe, I guess Joe is building up his kit.... so it can't be like the 550hp dude... maybe just optimistic and wanting to be a pioneer?

well i already bought the turbos and water cooled turbos last way longer then when they are not so i would like to know if it has enough volume plain and simple answer it or dont.
