OEM replica rear lip for a coupe to a sedan?

Looked on Honda tech and people said that it should work cause the bumpers are the same. That true?

It will fit without modifying anything, but I don't think a replica lip would work since it doesn't have the tabs that goes along the whole lip. You need those tabs to bolt up the lip along the bumper to have it fit completely flush.

It looks a bit to small if you compare the lip to lips made for the sedan. It still looks okay though.
